Apostle Virginia M. Spencer is a native of Durham, North Carolina who serves as a prophetic voice to the nations and has pioneered much of North Carolina with the apostolic and prophetic move. In 1995, the Revival Crusade Int'l Inc. was birthed in Biloxi, Mississippi. With over 20 years in ministry, she has birthed several ministries and established churches throughout North Carolina.

Apostle Virginia M. Spencer is an international speaker and evangelist at heart who operates in the five-fold anointing and has transformed lives, winning and delivering souls for the kingdom of God. She has released her first book "Allowing Rejection to Launch You Out" in 2018. Her desire is to see the body of Christ soar to new dimensions in ministry gifts with a spirit of excellence and integrity.
